Visual Crash Studio (VCS) is an all-in-one environment for early design, virtual testing and optimization of complex crashworthy structures.

It includes the functionalities of the 2d environment for analyzing and design of thin walled prismatic members as well as a complex 3d virtual design space for modeling and testing of individual beams, subassemblies and complete structures.

Structure Analyzer

Structure Analyzer is a unique add-on for the Visual Crash Studio software used to design and analyse crashworthy structure variants.

It gathers all necessary tools to prepare analysis variables, automatically generate VCS 3D models, calculate sets of models, and post-process data obtained from calculations.Design variants of different sub-assembly dimensions are used to compare energy absorption parameters. A wide range of filtering options within the output data supports the analysis.

Eventually, convenient access to each calculation model enables a quick review of the design capabilities and selection of the best design.

Cross Section Analyzer

Cross Section Analyzer is a tool for automatic creation and calculation of various cross-sectional design conceptsCross sections are generated basing on user-defined design variables. The software enables the definition of material, thickness and length design variables.
